Jade brings over 15 years of HR and People experience, working across corporate, scaling and start-up environments.

Having operated at Executive Director level, Jade combines strategic people expertise with a practical, hands-on approach. She understands the realities of building and growing a business and the challenges that come with managing people, navigating change and creating the right foundations for growth.

From complex employee relations and people strategy to building HR processes and supporting leaders, Jade brings senior-level expertise without the need for a full-time senior hire.

Jamie brings over 10 years of Executive Assistant experience within a Big Four corporate environment, supporting senior leaders and navigating the fast-paced demands of complex organisations.

With a natural ability to bring structure, organisation and calm to busy environments, Jamie provides high-level support that helps leaders and businesses stay focused on what matters most.

From managing competing priorities and coordinating complex schedules to supporting projects and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, Jamie is the person behind the scenes helping to make things happen.
